PETS Aquarium White Spot Cure is suitable for use in cold or tropical freshwater aquariums. It is used in the treatment of the protozoa Ichthyophthirius multifiliis that causes small white pinhead sized spots on the body and fins of fish. White spot can be fatal so it is important to treat sick fish immediately. It is also highly contagious and is often introduced into the aquarium by new fish or plants, etc.

Please note: Remove carbon and other absorbent filtering materials before beginning treatment.
